- • As Senior Manager, Workforce Management at Devoted Health, you will build and lead the workforce planning function for Devoted Medical, ensuring clinical teams are properly staffed to deliver high-quality, family-centered care to members across the U.S.
- • You will design and implement workforce management systems from scratch, including scheduling models, capacity plans, staffing ratios, SOPs, and governance structures for interdisciplinary virtual and home-based medical teams.
- • You will translate strategic goals into operational workflows, forecast demand using historical data, monitor real-time performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will partner with operations, finance, and clinical leadership to align staffing with budget and care delivery needs, while fostering a people-first culture that supports team well-being and member satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience driving and leading high-impact operational initiatives and scaling complex processes, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
- • Proven ability to build workforce management systems from the ground up, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling models, and KPI tracking
- • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI platforms like Looker) to derive insights and inform staffing decisions
- • Demonstrated collaborative influence and people-first leadership style, skilled at aligning stakeholders through empathy and influence rather than authority
- • Experience in healthcare operations is a strong plus; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is highly desirable
