- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in CLEAResult’s East Region, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention while driving measurable marketing impact.
- • Develop, present, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets, leading the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across channels.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, analytics, program management, finance, and business development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative marketing solutions.
- • Manage budgets, project timelines, resource allocation, and campaign performance monitoring, providing KPI insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- • Partner with business development to identify growth opportunities and lead campaign reviews and post-project debriefs to support strategic learning and innovation.
- • Operate within a mission-driven, people-first culture focused on sustainability and equity, with flexible work arrangements and occasional travel as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications.
- • Proven success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- • Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
- • Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics.
- • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- • Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or program-driven marketing environments (preferred).
- • Agency experience with multi-stakeholder accounts (preferred).
