- • The Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager at Suppliedtalent (operating as Skaled) drives integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified demand, and measurable pipeline growth by aligning business priorities, service offerings, and market insights into cohesive campaigns.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading operational setup and optimization of Asana across engagements, building and maintaining client roadmaps with clear timelines and ownership, running weekly production meetings to track progress and surface risks early, monitoring pacing and scope to prevent creep, and producing weekly portfolio reporting for leadership visibility.
- • The role sits at the center of Skaled’s growth engine, working within a consulting-style environment that manages multiple concurrent engagements, requiring structured delivery, consistency across shifting priorities, and close partnership with Practice Leaders and Operations to evolve workflows and governance.
- • The person in this role will develop expertise in translating high-level business goals into executable marketing campaigns, mastering cross-functional program management in fast-moving settings, gaining fluency in GTM and AI-enabled operations, and building scalable systems that improve predictability, margin health, and executive decision-making across the business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, agency, or similar client-service environments managing multiple concurrent client engagements
- • Proven ability to deliver structured, measurable outcomes in fast-moving, small companies or boutique consulting settings
- • Strong experience owning and optimizing project/program management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Jira, including building templates, governance models, and reporting cadences
- • Working knowledge of modern GTM functions (sales, enablement, RevOps, CRM, analytics, automation) and applied experience using AI in workflow automation or program management
- • Strong internal executive presence, polished communication skills, and ability to navigate client-facing consulting environments with nuance, including escalation and expectation-setting
