- • Serve as a Registered Nurse in Saint Luke’s Health System’s Virtual Expert Care Department, working onsite at the Corporate Office in Kansas City, MO.
- • Work part-time across three 8-hour shifts daily, covering hours from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- • Collaborate virtually with patients and bedside care teams to enhance patient experience and improve hospital throughput.
- • Assist primary nurses in patient education and coordination of care through real-time virtual support.
- • Facilitate communication between the care team and patient families to ensure clarity and continuity of care.
- • Maintain current inpatient nursing skills through a required bedside shift component, ensuring hands-on clinical proficiency.
- • Leverage years of clinical experience to directly influence patient outcomes and quality of care delivery.
- • Utilize advanced technologies to deliver virtual nursing services as part of Saint Luke’s innovation in patient care.
- • Operate in a dynamic, team-focused environment that values continuous learning, professional growth, and peer support.
- • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving patient needs and technological workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas and Missouri through NURSYS
- • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- • Associate Degree in Nursing
- • 3–5 years of inpatient nursing experience
- • Ability to work onsite at the Corporate Office in Kansas City, MO
- • Willingness to complete a required bedside shift component to maintain clinical skills
