  • • As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing data-driven strategies across our entire marketing organization. Your primary focus will be on dissecting the performance of both organic and paid acquisition channels, meticulously evaluating the efficiency of our marketing spend, and proactively identifying avenues for significant growth. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly contribute to accelerating business performance.
  • • You will serve as a key partner to our marketing, product, and engineering teams. Your analytical expertise will inform critical decisions related to SEO and SEM optimization, guide the design and analysis of marketing experiments, and help evaluate the potential of emerging channels and strategic partnerships. This collaborative approach ensures that our marketing efforts are not only creative but also grounded in robust data analysis.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting in-depth exploratory data analysis to monitor key marketing metrics. You will be tasked with identifying emerging trends, uncovering hidden patterns, and pinpointing opportunities for improvement across various facets of our marketing operations, including acquisition channel performance, the quality of leads generated, and the long-term value of our customers.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to partner closely with marketing managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Together, you will define precise data requirements essential for supporting our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) optimization efforts, the development and testing of landing pages, and the exploration of new marketing channels.
  • • You will collaborate extensively with our marketing partners to conceptualize, implement, and analyze a variety of experiments. This includes designing and evaluating SEO tests to improve organic visibility, optimizing SEM campaigns for better ROI, and testing different variations of landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • • Your contributions will extend to delivering actionable optimization insights for all ongoing marketing initiatives. This will be achieved through rigorous ad-hoc analysis and the development and maintenance of insightful performance dashboards that provide a clear view of marketing effectiveness.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate your findings. You will present complex data and analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights are not only understood but also translated into clear, actionable steps that drive business outcomes. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of professional (or comparable) analyst experience, with a focus on marketing analytics.
  • • Intermediate to advanced SQL experience is essential for data extraction and manipulation; Python knowledge is a significant plus for advanced analysis and automation.
  • • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Hex for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated passion for problem-solving, with a history of delivering data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
  • • Familiarity with marketing analytics principles and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, statistical significance).
  • • Knowledge of the insurance industry, including familiarity with insurance products and related data analysis, is a plus.
