  • • As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in driving growth for ZURU's portfolio of world-leading brands within the DACH market. This includes taking ownership of local and trade marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration between innovative product launches and compelling in-store and online consumer experiences. You will collaborate closely with our global marketing teams, translating overarching brand objectives into localized campaigns that resonate deeply with the German, Austrian, and Swiss consumer base.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of marketing activities, from strategic planning and budget management to campaign execution and performance analysis. You will be tasked with identifying key market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes within the DACH region to inform and refine marketing approaches. This role requires a proactive individual who can not only develop innovative marketing plans but also effectively manage their implementation, ensuring alignment with ZURU's global brand guidelines while adapting to local market nuances.

This involves working cross-functionally with sales, product development, and global marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful launch. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the FMCG or Toy industries.
  • • Strong understanding of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), including consumer behavior, retail landscape, and media channels.
  • • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • • Proficiency in developing and executing trade marketing strategies and building strong relationships with retail partners.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
