Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the entire enablement engine for Orita’s go-to-market teams. You will design, build, and continuously refine the sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, battle cards, ROI calculators, and partner playbooks that our Sales, Customer Success, and 200+ agency partners rely on to close deals and drive adoption. Your materials will be the difference between a prospect saying “interesting” and signing a six-figure annual contract.
- • Translate complex AI segmentation science into crystal-clear narratives. You’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our data-science founders to understand how our models predict purchase intent, then craft stories that a CMO, CRM manager, or agency strategist can repeat in their next board meeting. Expect to write, test, and iterate on messaging until it feels inevitable.
- • Produce high-impact content that positions Orita as the definitive voice in retention marketing. You will own the editorial calendar and create long-form thought-leadership pieces, snackable LinkedIn posts, webinar scripts, and co-branded guides with partners like Klaviyo. Every asset you ship will be engineered for reuse across sales sequences, lifecycle emails, and conference stages.
- • Build and maintain a living library of customer proof. You will manage the end-to-end case-study process: identify success stories, interview customers, ghost-write quotes, secure legal approval, design the PDF, and package derivative snippets for A/B tests in outbound campaigns. Your case studies will directly influence seven-figure pipeline.
- • Architect repeatable GTM motions for new channels and verticals. When we expand into direct mail or launch a new Shopify app, you’ll design the launch kit—messaging matrix, launch email, partner briefing deck, and 30-day content sprint—so that the next expansion takes days, not weeks.
- • Operationalize marketing at a fast-growing startup. You’ll introduce lightweight systems (Notion databases, Asana templates, Loom hand-offs) that let a lean team move faster without losing context. You’ll codify what “great” looks like so future hires can plug in and produce at your level on day one.
- • Collaborate daily with Sales, CS, Partnerships, and Product. You’ll run weekly enablement stand-ups, gather field feedback, and turn it into prioritized backlog items. Your empathy for quota-carrying reps and customer-facing CSMs will show up in every asset you ship.
- • Measure, learn, and double-down. You’ll track asset usage in HubSpot, content attribution in Google Analytics, and win-rate lift from new talk tracks. Insights will guide your next sprint and earn you a seat at the revenue table.
- • Champion the Orita brand voice—smart, candid, and slightly irreverent—across every touchpoint. You’ll protect tone consistency while adapting depth and format for CFOs, retention marketers, and agency interns alike.
- • Thrive in a fully remote, async-first culture. You’ll document decisions in Notion, record quick Looms instead of booking meetings, and occasionally drop a meme in Slack that makes the entire team snort coffee.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–10 years of B2B SaaS or high-growth startup marketing experience with proven ownership of sales/partner enablement and content programs
- • Demonstrated ability to translate technical or data-heavy concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Portfolio that includes sales decks, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces that were actively used to close deals or generate pipeline
- • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; comfortable owning projects end-to-end from brief to published asset
- • Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, or Partnership teams to gather field feedback and iterate on messaging
- • Nice-to-have: familiarity with email/SMS retention marketing, Shopify ecosystem, or AI/ML terminology
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary benchmarked to top-quartile B2B SaaS companies
- • Equity in a fast-growing AI startup positioned at the center of the retention marketing boom
- • Fully remote work with flexible hours and a generous PTO policy
- • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match
- • Annual learning stipend and access to the latest AI marketing tools
