- • Conceptualize and create compelling marketing collateral and integrated campaigns designed to support growth across diverse audience segments, including clients, healthcare providers, and patients.
- • **Business Development & Lead Generation:**
- • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and Recruitment teams to ensure marketing strategies are seamlessly aligned with sales targets and emerging business opportunities.
- • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on strategic growth avenues.
- • Design, launch, and manage integrated lead generation campaigns aimed at driving inbound interest and expanding the sales pipeline.
- • Provide regular, transparent reporting on campaign performance, marketing attribution models, funnel conversion rates, and marketing-sourced revenue.
- • **Digital Marketing & Social Media:**
- • Take the lead in managing and enhancing Sevaro’s digital footprint, encompassing website optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and paid media initiatives.
- • Strategize, manage, and grow Sevaro’s social media presence and content strategy across key platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels.
- • Own and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing streams to effectively support and advance prospects through the sales funnel.
- • **AI Implementation & Optimization:**
- • Strategically leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation platforms, including but not limited to HubSpot, Google Analytics, and various AI tools, to enhance campaign targeting precision, personalize user experiences, and elevate overall performance.
- • Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to rigorously measure campaign effectiveness, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall marketing ROI.
- • Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and data-driven optimization of marketing tactics based on performance insights and evolving market dynamics.
