  • • As the Senior Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will be at the forefront of translating global brand visions into impactful, localized marketing strategies. Your primary objective will be to drive ZURU's market dominance across this crucial region, ensuring that every marketing initiative contributes directly to measurable business growth and strengthens our brand presence.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with the diverse consumer base across North and South America. This includes crafting compelling narratives, identifying key consumer insights, and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions that optimize campaign performance and return on investment.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve creating seamless shopper journeys that effectively convert awareness into purchase. You will achieve this by developing and implementing innovative retail activations that capture consumer attention both in-store and online, ensuring ZURU's brands stand out in a competitive marketplace.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, strategic partnerships with key retailers will be paramount. You will work collaboratively to elevate ZURU's position from a valued vendor to a recognized category captain, influencing shelf space, promotional activities, and overall brand visibility within retail environments.
  • • Close collaboration with the Sales team is essential. You will equip them with the necessary market insights, compelling marketing collateral, and strategic tools required to secure new listings, expand existing distribution, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to market analysis, staying ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer behaviors within the Americas. You will use this intelligence to identify new opportunities for growth and to refine existing strategies.
  • • You will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, public relations, influencer marketing, and traditional advertising, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message.
  • • Managing marketing budgets effectively will be a key responsibility, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI. You will track campaign performance meticulously, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably within the toy, consumer goods, or FMCG sectors.
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive significant business growth and market share expansion in a key region, with a deep understanding of the Americas consumer landscape and retail environment.
  • • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans and insights.
  • • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Development) and external partners (retailers, agencies).
  • • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, campaign management, and budget oversight.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
