  • • You will lead the end-to-end execution of brand partnerships from contract signing through delivery, managing logistics, hospitality, and on-site experiences with precision and creativity. Your work will directly influence how partners and customers perceive Harvey’s brand — turning contractual obligations into authentic, hospitality-driven moments that reflect the company’s innovation, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
  • • You will serve as the central hub between marketing, sales, business development, and external partners, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. By maintaining clear communication and meticulous project planning, you will reduce risk, increase reliability, and elevate the quality of every activation.

  • • In this role, you will master the art of turning partnership agreements into scalable, repeatable campaigns — learning how to balance creativity with operational rigor. You’ll develop advanced skills in cross-functional coordination, vendor management, experiential design, and stakeholder communication, positioning yourself as a leader in B2B brand activation and partnership marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, field marketing, or events marketing, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end partnership activations.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing hospitality-forward experiences, including executive or VIP events, with attention to detail in guest experience, catering, swag, and logistics.
  • • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain timelines, coordinate across internal teams (marketing, sales, events) and external partners, and deliver complex initiatives on time and to a high standard.
  • • Experience delivering integrated partnership activations across live events, digital campaigns, and on-site experiences, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact.
  • • A detail-oriented, service-minded mindset with a passion for creating seamless, polished experiences for partners and guests.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders.
