- • As the architect of this modern marketing ecosystem, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and hands-on activities. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust systems, streamlined workflows, and impactful campaigns that harness the power of AI. This includes building and optimizing the marketing technology stack, with a particular focus on integrating AI tools for enhanced content generation, sophisticated audience segmentation, and highly automated campaign execution. A key aspect of your role will involve designing frameworks that facilitate rapid experimentation, continuous iteration, and data-informed performance optimization, ensuring Sevaro remains agile and competitive.
- • You will also play a crucial role in driving growth, pipeline, and revenue impact by collaborating closely with the Business Development and Leadership teams. This involves building and executing comprehensive multi-channel growth campaigns, encompassing inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing strategies. Furthermore, you will implement AI-enhanced lead scoring mechanisms, sophisticated attribution modeling, and funnel optimization techniques to maximize conversion rates and marketing ROI. A deep understanding and analysis of key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall funnel conversion rates will be essential for guiding strategic decisions and demonstrating marketing effectiveness.
- • Your responsibilities extend to owning Sevaro’s digital presence and performance marketing strategy. This includes overseeing and optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid media initiatives, and website performance. You will leverage AI tools to refine ad targeting, conduct A/B testing on creative assets, and continuously improve campaign performance across all digital channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and scaling automated nurture campaigns and sophisticated lifecycle marketing workflows to engage prospects and customers effectively throughout their journey. A significant focus will be placed on driving high-velocity, AI-assisted content creation across various platforms to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- • A core component of this role involves leading the implementation and integration of AI tools across the entire marketing function, including platforms like ChatGPT and HubSpot AI, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will build automated workflows and playbooks that significantly improve the speed, efficiency, and scalability of marketing operations. Furthermore, you will manage external agencies and vendors focused on performance and ROI, ensuring seamless integration of AI tools into their workflows and maintaining alignment across all internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
