- • Senior Marketing Manager at Sevaro will architect and lead an AI-powered marketing engine that drives scalable growth for a mission-driven tele-neurology company transforming healthcare through technology and data intelligence.
- • This role is critical to accelerating pipeline and revenue by building systems that leverage automation, predictive analytics, and AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and conversion at scale.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing an AI-first marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, building and optimizing a modern marketing stack using AI for content generation, segmentation, and campaign automation, and designing systems for rapid experimentation and performance optimization.
- • The role involves partnering with Business Development and Leadership to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact, executing multi-channel growth campaigns across inbound, outbound, and account-based strategies, and implementing AI-enhanced lead scoring, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization.
- • Ownership of Sevaro’s digital presence and performance marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, paid media, website) is required, leveraging AI tools to optimize ad targeting, creative testing, and campaign performance while building and scaling automated nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing workflows.
- • Leading the implementation of AI tools across the marketing function (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI), building automated workflows and playbooks to improve speed and scalability, establishing real-time dashboards and reporting systems, and continuously testing emerging AI tools for competitive advantage.
- • Refining Sevaro’s brand narrative in a tech-enabled healthcare landscape using data and AI insights to inform messaging and segmentation, analyzing market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities, and managing external agencies and vendors focused on performance and ROI.
- • Sevaro is a mission-driven, high-growth company redefining neurology care through cutting-edge technology, data, and AI-driven innovation, partnering with hospitals nationwide to deliver immediate, expert stroke and neurological care.
- • The marketing team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling the Senior Marketing Manager to act as both a strategic leader and hands-on builder, owning the full marketing stack from positioning and brand to performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and AI-enabled experimentation.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in AI-enabled marketing systems, gain experience scaling growth functions in healthcare technology, and build a portfolio of data-driven campaigns that directly impact patient access and outcomes through improved market reach and engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in B2B or healthcare marketing
