- • In this vital role, the Senior Marketing Manager of Field Reimbursement Support (FRS) is responsible for the strategy, budget, and operational oversight of FRS teams and for Amgen pharmacy benefit products.
- • Serve as business owner for FRS teams supporting Amgen specialty benefit products
- • Manage collaborative work across PSP
- • Work cross functionally with other business units and internal partners to ensure maintenance of Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
- • Manage strategy, budget, and performance monitoring of FRS teams
- • Creation and MAC submission of above brand FRS materials, including trainings
- • Evaluate opportunities across the entire PSP portfolio
🎯 Requirements
- • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- • OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- • OR Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- • OR Associate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
- • OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
