- • Join FOLX Health as our Senior Marketing Manager, Growth, a pivotal role dedicated to driving significant membership and revenue expansion for the leading health and wellness platform for LGBTQIA care.
- • This is a hands-on, builder-oriented position where your expertise in transforming data-driven insights into tangible, impactful actions will be paramount. You will be instrumental in implementing meaningful improvements across the entire customer funnel, from initial acquisition to long-term retention and advocacy.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to pinpoint and prioritize the most impactful growth opportunities at any given time. Once identified, you will take ownership of the end-to-end execution of these strategic initiatives.
- • Depending on the strategic focus of a given quarter, your responsibilities may encompass the development and meticulous optimization of sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs. This includes crafting engaging email sequences, targeted SMS campaigns, and personalized in-product messaging designed to nurture leads and existing members.
- • In other periods, your focus might shift to enhancing website conversion rates through A/B testing, optimizing landing pages, and refining the user journey to maximize sign-ups and service adoption.
- • You will also play a crucial role in improving the in-product activation experience, ensuring new members quickly understand and utilize the full value of FOLX Health services.
- • Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to boost customer retention and encourage multi-service adoption, leveraging our vibrant community platform to foster deeper engagement and loyalty.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to own programs from conception to completion within a lean, agile team environment. Your contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on shaping both product development and overall company strategy.
- • You will be responsible for analyzing complex customer behavior data, identifying key trends and patterns, and translating these observations into actionable hypotheses for experimentation.
- • Design, implement, and manage robust A/B testing frameworks across various touchpoints to continuously optimize campaign performance and user experience.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting structures that clearly articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on paid acquisition strategies, focusing on areas such as landing page effectiveness, offer testing, and the overall efficiency of paid media spend.
- • Contribute to the development of compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonates with the LGBTQIA community, ensuring our brand voice is authentic, affirming, and inclusive.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, particularly within the healthcare and LGBTQIA spaces, to ensure FOLX Health remains at the forefront of innovation.
- • You will be a key player in fostering a data-informed culture, advocating for experimentation and continuous learning across the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in growth marketing, with demonstrable experience in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and conduct rigorous A/B testing.
- • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, SMS, in-product, community).
- • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
