  • • Kueski is seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to become the strategic backbone of our marketing organization. This pivotal role involves translating high-level company and marketing strategies into robust, scalable operating models, comprehensive roadmaps, and effective performance frameworks.   • • **Strategic Planning & Alignment:** You will be instrumental in translating overarching marketing and company-level priorities into integrated, actionable roadmaps. This includes developing detailed capacity plans and sequencing initiatives across all marketing functions to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless alignment between strategic objectives, team priorities, and the execution plans, enabling effective decision-making regarding tradeoffs and maintaining a sharp focus on what matters most. You will partner closely with marketing leadership to provide critical support for annual planning, quarterly prioritization exercises, and ongoing re-forecasting processes, ensuring agility and responsiveness to market dynamics.
  • • **Operating Model & Process Excellence:** This role demands ownership and continuous improvement of our marketing operating models, planning cycles, prioritization frameworks, and core operating rituals. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing cross-functional processes that involve key departments such as Product, Data, Finance, and Legal, thereby enabling efficient execution and ensuring scalability as Kueski grows. Establishing and maintaining clear operational standards, comprehensive documentation, and robust governance across all marketing initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • • **Performance Management & Decision Support:** You will establish clear, impactful performance frameworks that directly link marketing strategy to tangible outcomes. This will be achieved through the definition and implementation of well-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), intuitive dashboards, and insightful reporting mechanisms. A crucial part of your role will be to provide essential decision support to marketing leadership by surfacing critical insights, identifying potential risks, and clearly articulating tradeoffs related to capacity, performance, and investment. Ensuring consistent, transparent visibility into marketing performance, progress against strategic priorities, and resource allocation will be paramount.
  • • **AI Enablement & Optimization:** In this forward-thinking role, you will identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for AI and automation across various marketing workflows. The goal is to standardize tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive consistent, responsible, and effective AI adoption throughout the marketing department. You will partner closely with various teams to embed AI into their day-to-day operations, positioning it not just as a tool, but as a genuine enabler of productivity and enhanced decision-making capabilities.
  • • **Leadership & Collaboration:** You will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior marketing leaders, leveraging your structured thinking and data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions. A key responsibility will be to coach and guide members of the Marketing Operations team, including Specialists, fostering their development and elevating the overall operational maturity of the function. Driving alignment and accountability across diverse stakeholders through clear, concise communication and effective influence will be essential for success in this role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, strategy, or a closely related role within a tech, fintech, or B2C environment.
  • • Proven experience owning and managing marketing planning cycles, operating models, and performance frameworks at scale.
  • • Strong track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive alignment, prioritization, and operational rigor.
  • • Hands-on experience with marketing project workflow management tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
  • • Solid understanding of marketing metrics, funnel performance, and investment tradeoffs.
  • • Experience evaluating and implementing AI-driven tools and automation workflows in operational contexts.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • • Demonstrates strong strategic and systems thinking capabilities, with a proven ability to design, scale, and optimize processes, planning frameworks, and operating rhythms.
  • • Possesses an analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex data into clear insights that inform prioritization and investment decisions.
  • • Exhibits cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, data, finance, and legal.
  • • Shows an AI and automation orientation, demonstrating curiosity, sound judgment, and experience leveraging AI and automation to improve productivity and decision quality.
  • • Communicates clearly and effectively with senior audiences and can drive alignment without direct authority.
