As our Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in translating this vision into a high-performing marketing operation.
  • • Your primary mission will be to design, implement, and manage the intricate systems that power our entire lead lifecycle. This involves architecting sophisticated lead scoring models, automating complex data enrichment pipelines, and ensuring the highest standards of data fidelity across our marketing and sales technology stack. You will be the ultimate "owner" of HubSpot, ensuring our marketing and sales teams are equipped with the precise data, insights, and automated workflows necessary to identify, engage, and convert prospects effectively.
  • • Key responsibilities will span across several critical areas. In Marketing Operations, you will develop and refine lead scoring models that leverage buyer intent signals, enabling us to prioritize and engage the most promising leads. You will meticulously design the automated lifecycle stages, from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), establishing clear handoff triggers, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and feedback loops to optimize conversion rates.
  • • In CRM Architecture & Operations, you will take full ownership of the HubSpot technical setup. This includes configuring custom objects to model our unique business processes, building advanced workflows for automation and segmentation, and managing user permissions to ensure data security and integrity. A critical part of this role is developing and enforcing robust validation rules that guarantee the trustworthiness and accuracy of our CRM data, forming the foundation for all our sales and marketing efforts.
  • • Your expertise in Data Infrastructure & Enrichment will be crucial. You will build and continuously optimize automated enrichment pipelines, integrating firmographic and technographic data to create a 360-degree view of our prospects and customers. You will ensure our data models are designed to support sophisticated segmentation, intelligent routing, and personalized engagement strategies, enabling us to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
  • • Attribution & Lead Capture are also core to this role. You will implement and maintain sophisticated tracking mechanisms that accurately connect marketing activities to tangible pipeline generation and revenue. You will own the entire lead capture infrastructure, from designing and optimizing web forms and landing pages to implementing conversion tracking and progressive profiling strategies that enhance the user experience while gathering valuable data.
  • • Furthermore, your Technical Engineering skills will be put to the test as you work with APIs and webhooks to seamlessly integrate various tools across our marketing and sales stack. You will be adept at handling JSON data structures, performing complex data mapping, and troubleshooting data flow issues to ensure perfect synchronization between all systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges, ensuring our MarTech stack operates as a cohesive and efficient unit.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with a significant focus on marketing technology systems and their strategic implementation.
  • • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including advanced configuration of workflows, custom objects, reporting, and automation, demonstrating a strong understanding of how to build scalable processes within the platform.
  • • Proven technical credibility, including comfort and experience working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures. Ability to independently read API documentation, build basic integrations, and troubleshoot data flow issues.
  • • A strong focus on data integrity and governance, with a track record of managing data deduplication, standardization, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR.
