  • • Serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, providing guidance on best practices, field governance, and workflow processes to marketing, sales, and RevOps stakeholders.
  • • Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and related martech platforms including 6sense, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Gong to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality.
  • • Maintain field mappings, object relationships, lifecycle stages, and sync rules across CRM systems to guarantee accurate and reliable data synchronization.
  • • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve sync issues, workflow conflicts, API errors, and data inconsistencies impacting marketing and sales operations.
  • • Perform ongoing CRM maintenance including property management, form updates, segmentation adjustments, and user support to ensure platform integrity.
  • • Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows for lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, segmentation, routing, nurture programs, and campaign execution within HubSpot.
  • • Collaborate with Demand Generation and RevOps teams to align workflows with go-to-market objectives and attribution requirements.
  • • Execute campaign operations within HubSpot, including audience segmentation, list management, email deployment, and QA testing prior to launch.
  • • Support data governance initiatives by implementing data enrichment, normalization, and standardization processes to enhance reporting accuracy and segmentation capabilities.
  • • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and operational health using CRM and marketing analytics data.
  • • Analyze campaign engagement trends and audience behavior to deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • • Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to improve lead routing, scoring models, and campaign tracking processes.
  • • Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase operational efficiency and user experience across marketing technology stack.
  • • Conduct testing and QA for CRM updates, workflow changes, and campaign launches to ensure accuracy and reliability before deployment.
  • • Stay current on HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing technology advancements, proactively identifying and recommending system enhancements to improve performance.
  • • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, Business, Statistics, or related field
  • • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing automation
  • • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • • Experience with additional marketing technologies such as 6sense, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and Gong
  • • Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows, lead management, and CRM data structures
  • • Experience building reports, dashboards, and analyzing campaign performance metrics
