📋 Description

• Senior Marketing Strategist role focused on driving brand growth through integrated campaign strategy, social media leadership, and paid media execution for fast-growing global companies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and leading marketing strategies across campaigns, social media, and paid channels; owning end-to-end campaign management from planning to analysis; managing paid media activity across platforms with continuous testing and optimization; building and maintaining organic social media presence through content strategy and community engagement; using data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and inform decisions; partnering with creative, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives; and identifying growth opportunities to propose new initiatives or channel strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience spanning campaign management, social media, and paid media

• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms including Meta, Google, or similar
• Solid understanding of social media dynamics, content performance, and audience growth strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies
