- • Own and drive the full-funnel media strategy for CLEAResult’s utility, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, translating complex energy-efficiency goals into high-impact paid, owned, and earned media plans that measurably reduce carbon footprints and energy spend.
- • Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team of media buyers, analysts, and channel specialists—setting crystal-clear priorities, quarterly OKRs, and individual development plans that turn ambitious sustainability targets into award-winning campaigns.
- • Architect data-driven media plans across paid search, programmatic display, digital & traditional radio, print, social, OTT/CTV, DOOH, and emerging audio platforms; negotiate, purchase, and traffic inventory that outperforms industry CTR, CPA, and ROAS benchmarks by double digits.
- • Build and maintain a $5–15 M annual media budget, forecasting spend, pacing, and performance in real time; reconcile monthly billing, accruals, and vendor IOs with finance to ensure 100 % accuracy and zero leakage.
- • Design and automate multi-touch attribution models and interactive dashboards (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI) that surface granular insights on audience segments, creative resonance, and channel incrementality—turning raw data into board-ready narratives.
- • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B creative testing, bid-strategy tuning, geo-lift experiments, and audience refinement; deliver weekly read-outs that translate statistical significance into clear next steps for creative, UX, and product teams.
- • Partner with SEO, content, web-dev, and analytics teams to sync media initiatives with on-site conversion paths, ensuring landing pages, forms, and CTAs are purpose-built to maximize lead quality and program enrollment.
- • Translate regulatory and utility program requirements into compliant ad copy, landing-page disclaimers, and targeting rules—safeguarding brand reputation while maximizing reach among hard-to-engage demographics.
- • Present quarterly media roadmaps, flighting calendars, and scenario plans to C-suite stakeholders and external utility clients, demonstrating how every dollar advances both energy savings and equity-focused community impact.
- • Scout and beta-test emerging channels—podcast programmatic, shoppable CTV, connected car audio—delivering POVs and pilot proposals that keep CLEAResult two steps ahead of the market.
- • Institutionalize best-practice playbooks, SOPs, and training curricula that elevate the entire organization’s media IQ; host monthly lunch-and-learns and certify internal teams on platform certifications (Google, Meta, Amazon, The Trade Desk).
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in media targeting and creative representation, ensuring campaigns resonate authentically across all communities and advance CLEAResult’s mission of an equitable energy future.
- • Act as the escalation point for high-stakes client issues, vendor discrepancies, and platform outages—mobilizing cross-functional squads to deliver rapid resolution and post-mortems that prevent recurrence.
- • Translate complex energy-industry jargon into compelling consumer-facing messaging, collaborating with copywriters and designers to produce thumb-stopping creative that demystifies rebates, incentives, and smart-energy behaviors.
- • Evaluate and onboard new martech and ad-tech partners (DMPs, CDPs, clean-room providers), negotiating enterprise-level MSAs and SLAs that protect data privacy while unlocking advanced segmentation and measurement capabilities.
- • Serve as a thought leader—speaking at industry conferences, publishing POVs, and contributing to CLEAResult’s sustainability blog—positioning the company as the definitive voice in energy-efficiency marketing.
