- • In this pivotal role, you will be the primary guide for new members, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience onto our sophisticated, all-in-one accounting platform. This platform encompasses essential services like bookkeeping, payroll management, and much more, designed to simplify the financial lives of our members. Your expertise will be crucial in helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of their finances and operate their businesses with unwavering confidence.
- • We are actively seeking individuals who possess a genuine passion for supporting and uplifting solopreneurs. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will serve as a key advisor, demystifying financial concepts and empowering members with the knowledge they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include conducting approximately 4–5 hours of video calls daily with members, engaging them directly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve leveraging your accounting acumen to generate crucial financial reports, such as Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheet statements. This is particularly important as many of our members have intertwined business and personal finances, requiring a nuanced approach to financial reporting. You will be adept at dissecting complex accounting and tax topics, translating them into clear, concise, and easily digestible explanations for individuals who may not have a background in finance.
- • Furthermore, you will guide members through the critical process of running their first payroll, ensuring they understand the intricacies of payroll taxes and compliance. This hands-on support is vital for new business owners. Your commitment to a member-first mindset will be paramount as you assist entrepreneurs and the self-employed in managing their financial operations effectively. You will be instrumental in building trust and fostering long-term relationships with our growing member base.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in customer support, coupled with practical experience in accounting or tax services. Proficiency with leading accounting and payroll software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP is highly desirable. A deep understanding of payroll taxes, with a specific advantage for experience with S-Corp payroll, will enable you to provide expert guidance. Your inherent passion for assisting our members and your ability to excel in a customer-centric environment are key attributes we value.
