- • Senior ML Engineer role focused on building and maintaining ML training infrastructure for Voodoo's Ad-Network, directly impacting monetization through optimized ad-targeting models.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include architectural ownership of end-to-end ML projects, building and optimizing data and ML pipelines, enabling Data Scientists with reusable components, contributing to deep learning development, ensuring ML lifecycle reproducibility, collaborating on scalability and reliability, participating in alert triage rotations, and mentoring team members in an agile environment.
- • Part of the Engineering & Data team within Voodoo's Ad-Network, a group of ~60 professionals building top-tier ad network services using Voodoo's first-party data ecosystem to scale monetization, with recent growth from BeReal acquisition and expansion into external markets.
- • Opportunity to lead high-impact ML projects, deepen expertise in production ML systems at scale, work with cutting-edge tools (PyTorch, AWS, Kubernetes, MLflow), influence product financial performance, and grow technically and as a mentor in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years minimum of experience as an ML Engineer or similar role
- • End-to-End ML Ownership: Problem framing, baselines, experimentation, deployment, and iteration
- • Python Proficiency: Extensive knowledge for ML pipeline code including preprocessing, training/evaluation workflows, experiment utilities, and reproducible configs
- • Practical experience training and evaluating models with scikit-learn, LightGBM, and PyTorch for deep learning
- • Experience optimizing memory usage during data preprocessing and model training
- • Experience with Amazon Web Services and familiarity with scalability, reliability, and security topics
- • Excellent communication skills in English
