📋 Description
- • As a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) at Allica Bank, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing the bank’s Flutter-based mobile applications to support established SMEs, a key underserved segment in the UK economy.
- • Day to day, you will write well-designed, testable, and efficient Flutter code, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, participate in architectural decisions, and contribute to communities of practice while ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- • You will join Allica Bank, the UK’s fastest-growing fintech company, dedicated to serving established SMEs with innovative financial solutions, operating from its Milton Keynes office with a strong focus on engineering excellence and inclusive culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Flutter and mobile architecture, grow as a technical leader through mentoring and collaboration, and contribute to impactful features that improve client relationships and expand the bank’s mobile capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart, including application of design patterns for testable, maintainable code
- • Proficiency in native mobile development languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin
- • Hands-on experience with mobile UI development, including collaboration with designers using Figma, working within design systems, and implementing accessibility, localisation, and responsive UI
