• • Your core responsibilities will encompass driving architectural excellence by employing Spec Driven Development (SDD). This methodology ensures that all features are meticulously architected, designed for scalability, and thoroughly documented prior to the commencement of development. You will be a key player in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, responsible for designing, building, shipping, and maintaining the Fulcrum mobile platforms. This involves close collaboration with the broader team to deliver high-quality product features and an exceptional user interface and user experience (UI/UX).
• • A significant aspect of this role involves intelligent automation. You will proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes throughout the entire engineering lifecycle. By strategically applying AI and custom tooling, you will significantly increase development velocity without ever compromising system integrity or quality. This proactive approach to automation is central to our philosophy of maximizing efficiency and minimizing risk.

You will constantly engage with team members across product, design, and engineering disciplines to ensure the seamless delivery of quality features and the ongoing maintenance of the Fulcrum mobile platforms.
