This is a full-time, remote position that requires availability within the U.S. Eastern Time Zone for seamless collaboration and coordination. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our content strategy, with a specific focus on growing our YouTube and podcast presence. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production and promotion of multimedia content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and drives significant audience engagement and acquisition.
• • In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive, cross-platform content strategy. Your primary focus will be on leveraging video-first approaches to expand our YouTube reach, improve viewer retention, and increase our subscriber base. Simultaneously, you will manage and optimize our podcast production pipeline, from the initial stages of guest booking and coordination to the final post-recording handoffs, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve the strategic repurposing of long-form content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will be adept at tailoring content to suit the unique format and audience expectations of each platform, maximizing its impact and reach.
