• • Senior Operations Support (Focus Team) role at BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, responsible for managing plasma collection facility operations including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, personnel, and facilities management to optimize operational efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing on-site support as interim center manager or assistant manager, delivering developmental support to plasma center management teams, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations, coordinating travel and incentives for support personnel, and serving as a resource for training-related employee questions.
