• • As a Senior Organizational Development Partner at Availity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping leadership capabilities, strengthening organizational culture, and driving talent development across a rapidly growing healthcare technology company. Your work will directly impact how leaders grow, teams thrive, and the organization innovates to better serve the healthcare ecosystem.
• • Day to day, you will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to close capability gaps through organizational design and change management, lead culture-building initiatives, contribute to succession planning, design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging to senior leaders, facilitate virtual and in-person workshops using adult learning methodologies, analyze organizational data (engagement, performance, turnover) to uncover insights, and implement learning effectiveness measures to drive continuous improvement.
