  • • As a Senior Paid Ads Strategist at Scale Army, you will be instrumental in driving measurable ROI for a leading dental marketing agency with over 150 active clients. This is a critical role focused on elevating the performance of Google Ads accounts at scale, bringing structure and clarity to paid advertising operations, and supporting the existing Paid Ads Team Lead.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous oversight and optimization of Google Ads accounts, with a strong emphasis on performance, account structure, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). This includes managing and enhancing Search campaigns, Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, and local lead generation initiatives.
  • • You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies for effective budget scaling, ensuring accurate conversion tracking, and optimizing call tracking mechanisms to provide comprehensive performance insights.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves identifying underperforming client accounts, conducting thorough root cause analyses of performance issues, and implementing robust corrective actions to bring them back to optimal levels.
  • • You will play a vital role in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and optimization frameworks. This is crucial for standardizing processes across a large volume of accounts, thereby improving overall team efficiency and consistency.
  • • Collaboration is central to this position. You will work closely with the Paid Ads Team Lead, a GoHighLevel (GHL)/CRM expert, and a project manager to ensure seamless execution of paid advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • • You will be expected to provide leadership with data-driven insights, clear and concise reporting, and actionable recommendations that guide strategic decisions.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve collaborating on automation and tracking initiatives. The goal is to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ultimately enhance campaign results and client satisfaction.
  • • This role also offers a mentorship component. You will be expected to mentor junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high performance and accountability within the team.
  • • You will be responsible for improving quality control processes across the agency's extensive portfolio of over 150 client accounts, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and results.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic evolution of the team's structure and operational processes, helping to shape the future of the paid ads department.
  • • There is a potential for growth into a broader leadership role, contingent upon your performance and the evolving needs of the organization.
