- • As the first dedicated Paid Advertising Strategist at Omniscient Digital, you will build and scale the paid media practice from the ground up, owning strategy, execution, and performance for an initial portfolio of 3-5 B2B SaaS clients while integrating paid efforts with the company’s established SEO, content, and GEO expertise.
- • You will manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including keyword research, audience development, bid optimization, ad copy creation, and landing page recommendations, with full accountability for budgets ranging from $20K–$200K+/month and performance metrics like ROAS, CPL, and CAC.
- • You will collaborate closely with organic strategists to design integrated paid-organic growth programs, using paid to amplify high-performing content, capture demand, and accelerate pipeline, while informing strategies with AI-driven search insights and LLM citation patterns.
- • You will define the paid media playbook, establish SOPs and reporting frameworks, prove unit economics within 90 days, and contribute to hiring and onboarding future team members as the practice scales, all while operating in a fully remote, AI-first, bootstrapped agency with direct access to leadership.
