Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Paid Media Lead at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of driving exceptional performance marketing strategies for our valued SaaS and Tech clients. You will embody our unique Customer Generation methodology, a proprietary approach meticulously designed to prioritize the delivery of qualified leads (SQLs) and ultimately, new customers, rather than focusing on less impactful traditional metrics. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video, ensuring our clients consistently achieve their SQL targets.
- • You will be a key client-facing professional, responsible for the meticulous day-to-day management of a portfolio of Paid Media accounts. This includes developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing bespoke client strategies that align with their business objectives and drive measurable growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating client needs into high-performing paid media campaigns.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct communication and collaboration with client contacts, providing them with regular updates, strategic insights, and performance reports. You will also serve as a vital liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of Paid Media deliverables and fostering strong, collaborative working relationships.
- • You will proactively manage and nurture relationships with any vendors or operational partners, ensuring alignment on assigned tasks, maintaining high standards of work quality, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in our collaborative processes. This ensures a cohesive and efficient operational workflow.
- • A core responsibility is to build and present robust client strategies on a quarterly basis. This involves a deep dive into client positioning, understanding their unique value propositions, and translating these insights into actionable paid media plans that drive tangible results.
- • You will possess the autonomy and expertise to create, maintain, and meticulously optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across a diverse range of channels. This requires a keen eye for financial management and a strategic approach to resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- • A profound understanding of each client's business, their market positioning, and their unique selling propositions is essential. This knowledge will inform your strategic recommendations and ensure that all paid media efforts are precisely tailored to resonate with their target audiences.
- • You will be responsible for confirming the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, ensuring that the valuable leads generated through paid media efforts are efficiently directed to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up and conversion.
- • While not always the primary focus, a solid understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within a broader paid media strategy is expected, allowing for integrated and sophisticated campaign planning.
- • Personal productivity and utilization are key metrics for success. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, ensuring that client deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
- • You will work in close partnership with the Associate Director to ensure that both internal team objectives and client-specific goals are not only met but consistently exceeded. This collaborative approach fosters a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.
- • You will be hands-on in executing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns across multiple critical platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This involves in-depth keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, precise audience targeting, and continuous performance analysis to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
- • Success in this role is defined by your ability to effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, building deep client trust and fostering relationships that lead to consistent renewals and organic growth. You will be expected to meet and exceed department-level OKRs, focusing on client growth and goal attainment, and proactively cross-sell additional services that align with client goals.
- • You will clearly and effectively communicate results, strategic insights, and performance data to client points of contact and executive leadership, demonstrating exceptional decision-making skills as it relates to the strategic direction of accounts. Your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives will be a significant differentiator.
- • You will embody Directive's core values through every interaction, both internally and externally, contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment. Your commitment to quality and a genuine passion for advertising will shine through in your work, ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
