📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end paid media strategy for a roster of high-performance brands, including audience planning, budget allocation, funnel design, and campaign architecture.
  • Build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), TikTok, and additional platforms as required by campaign strategy.
  • Take full ownership of campaign setup and trafficking, ensuring accurate implementation and quality assurance before launch.
  • Manage six-figure monthly ad budgets with precision, adjusting pacing, bid strategy, and creative iterations to maximize performance.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for all paid media accounts, delivering performance calls, written updates, and clear explanations of data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex performance data into actionable business decisions, ensuring clients understand the ‘why’ behind metrics and recommendations.
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards using Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, Agency Analytics, or similar platforms to track KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Monitor campaign performance weekly, identify underperforming areas, and propose rapid optimizations to improve results.
  • Own the full lifecycle of Lead Generation campaigns, including lead form optimization and landing page funnel design.
  • Manage App Install and App Event campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they impact client outcomes, maintaining a reputation for reliability and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align creative assets with media strategy and ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes, auction dynamics, and emerging ad formats—especially on TikTok Ads, where expertise is non-negotiable.
  • Deliver clear, structured, and client-ready reports that connect campaign activity to business outcomes.
  • Operate with autonomy across multiple client accounts without dropping details, maintaining rigorous organization and timeline adherence.
  • Contribute to agency-wide best practices in paid media execution, reporting, and client communication.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving client needs and market conditions, adjusting strategy with speed and data-backed rationale.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or performance marketing environment
  • Deep TikTok Ads expertise, including campaign types, creative formats, and auction dynamics
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Proven experience managing Lead Generation and App Install/App Event campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Comfortable managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
  • Proficiency in at least one reporting platform (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, Agency Analytics, or similar)
