- • Senior Paid Media Specialist role managing end-to-end paid media campaigns for a high-growth, design-driven digital marketing agency partner, supporting ambitious clients across industries with a focus on driving real business outcomes beyond traffic.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a portfolio of paid media accounts, executing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, overseeing budgets for performance and scalability, maintaining clean campaign structures, implementing and validating tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager, troubleshooting data discrepancies, aligning strategies with business KPIs, translating data into insights, developing testing roadmaps, supporting forecasting, acting as a senior resource for QA, partnering with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to process improvements.
- • The role is with LMG Staffing Solutions partnering with a collaborative, performance-focused team in a fully remote setup based in Colombia, serving clients across multiple industries through a design-driven digital marketing agency.
- • The individual can develop strategic expertise in multi-channel paid media, master advanced tracking and attribution systems, lead optimization initiatives, influence budget planning, mentor team members, and drive measurable business impact through data-informed campaign management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of paid media experience (agency experience preferred)
- • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta (required)
- • Advanced experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- • Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, or CTV is a plus
- • Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
- • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
