đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Senior Paid Media Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of performance marketing, specializing in driving tangible results for B2B SaaS and Tech companies. You will leverage Directive's proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes the acquisition of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual customers over traditional metrics like Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This role is pivotal in crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that consistently enable our clients to achieve their SQL targets.
  • • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic oversight of a portfolio of Paid Media accounts, serving as a direct and trusted point of contact for our clients. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will be paramount, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction, which directly contributes to consistent account renewals and growth.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves developing and implementing bespoke client strategies on a quarterly basis. This requires a deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning, their competitive landscape, and their distinct value propositions. You will translate this understanding into actionable paid media plans designed to maximize impact and achieve client objectives.
  • • You will have the autonomy and responsibility to create, maintain, and meticulously optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across a diverse range of channels. This includes hands-on execution and continuous optimization of PPC advertising campaigns on major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Your expertise in keyword research, compelling ad copywriting, and precise audience targeting will be critical in maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) for our clients.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will engage in weekly communication with any vendors or operational partners to ensure seamless alignment on assigned tasks, maintain high standards of work quality, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our collaborative dynamics. This ensures a cohesive and efficient execution of all paid media initiatives.
  • • Beyond campaign management, you will play a crucial role in driving referrals through strong client relationships and your professional network. Your success will be measured not only by campaign performance but also by your ability to expand Directive's reach and client base.
  • • A fundamental responsibility is to ensure the accuracy of lead routing within client CRMs, confirming that the leads generated through paid media efforts are correctly directed to the appropriate sales teams for timely follow-up. This ensures the full value of our marketing efforts is realized.
  • • You will develop a nuanced understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns, integrating them strategically into client plans where appropriate to broaden reach and optimize media spend.
  • • Personal productivity and utilization are essential. You will be expected to manage your workload effectively, ensuring efficient use of your time and resources to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • • You will work in close partnership with the Associate Director to ensure that both internal team goals and client objectives are being met and surpassed. This collaborative relationship will provide guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody Directive's core values in all interactions, effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet and exceed department-level OKRs, including client growth and goal attainment. Building client trust that leads to consistent renewals and identifying opportunities to cross-sell services that align with client goals are also critical indicators of success.
  • • You will be responsible for clearly communicating campaign results and strategic insights to client point-of-contact and executive stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional decision-making skills as it relates to the strategic direction of accounts. Your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and articulate strategy with clarity will be highly valued.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are equal parts competitive and curious, possessing a genuine passion for problem-solving and a drive to stay at the cutting edge of the digital marketing industry. You should be quality-obsessed, maintaining a high standard for your work while retaining your passion for advertising.
  • • This role requires the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in helping our SaaS and Tech clients achieve their growth objectives through innovative and data-driven paid media strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency.
  • • Proven experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
  • • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • • Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization, with a demonstrated ability to drive measurable results.
  • • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel for data-driven decision-making.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive annual base salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 USD, with potential for bonus eligibility.
  • • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with disability and life insurance coverage, featuring a 100% employer-paid plan for employees and a 50% employer contribution for dependents.
  • • Robust mental and physical wellness support, including access to certified therapists through Spring Health, a Headspace membership, and a Gympass membership.
  • • Generous time off policies, including Unlimited PTO (with a 2-week minimum), paid company holidays, your birthday off, an End of Year Recharge period (office closed December 24 - January 1), and paid parental leave.
  • • Financial well-being benefits, including a Traditional and Roth 401(k) with a 3% company match.
  • • Annual bonus program based on tenure, with increasing total amounts over time, and an annual anniversary trip with peers and executive leadership for team building and entertainment.
