- • This position is internally designated as Senior Account Strategist, with a specific emphasis on LinkedIn Advertising. The Senior LinkedIn Strategist will engage directly with our mid-market and enterprise-level clients, taking the lead in communicating performance results, architecting bespoke, high-impact strategies, and meticulously executing all Paid Media deliverables. In this capacity, you will gain invaluable, hands-on experience in developing and deploying top-tier LinkedIn strategies tailored specifically for B2B businesses, driving tangible business outcomes.
- • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- • Spearhead the oversight and strategic direction for a dedicated portfolio of client social media accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching client objectives.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact and direct support for key client stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- • Conduct regular, weekly communication with any external vendors or operational partners to ensure seamless alignment on assigned tasks, uphold exceptional work quality, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
- • Develop comprehensive, data-informed social media strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, outlining clear objectives, target audiences, and tactical execution plans.
- • Demonstrate a robust capability to create, meticulously maintain, and dynamically optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- • Provide essential fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our boutique agency within the broader Directive framework.
- • Cultivate a profound understanding of each client's unique market positioning, competitive landscape, and distinct value propositions to inform strategic development.
- • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lead routing processes within client CRM systems, facilitating efficient follow-up and conversion.
- • Maintain a high level of personal productivity and utilization, consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
- • Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to guarantee the achievement of both internal agency goals and critical client objectives.
- • Develop a nuanced understanding of the strategic value and application of Programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader media mix.
- • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and client referrals by nurturing strong client relationships and leveraging your professional network.
- • Execute and meticulously optimize advertising campaigns within the LinkedIn platform, including crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing sophisticated targeting strategies, and managing audience segmentation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- • Analyze campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform continuous optimization efforts, focusing on Customer Generation metrics.
- • Translate complex strategic concepts and performance data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
