  • Sprinto Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Partner Manager to spearhead our SMB partner ecosystem across the crucial EMEA and India regions. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic individual who thrives on building and nurturing robust relationships, driving significant pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth through a scalable network of consulting and channel partners. As a key member of our Partnerships team, reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that leverage the power of our partner network to expand Sprinto's reach and impact.
  • In this capacity, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new strategic partners, including consulting firms, technology integrators, and other relevant channel players, who align with Sprinto's mission and target market. Your primary objective will be to cultivate a thriving partner ecosystem that not only understands but actively champions Sprinto's AI-native GRC platform, driving adoption and generating qualified leads. This involves developing a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the SMB market within EMEA and India, and tailoring partner engagement strategies accordingly.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve crafting and executing comprehensive GTM plays in collaboration with your partners. This includes defining joint value propositions, developing co-marketing initiatives, creating co-selling motions, and establishing clear success metrics. You will be the primary point of contact for these partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and ongoing support to effectively represent and sell Sprinto's solutions.
  • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive consistent and measurable results from the partner ecosystem. This includes achieving and exceeding targets for joint pipeline generation, closed deals, and overall revenue contribution from partner-led initiatives. You will need to meticulously track partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize engagement and outcomes. This requires a data-driven approach to partner management, utilizing insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Beyond driving immediate revenue, you will also focus on building long-term, sustainable relationships with partners. This involves fostering a collaborative environment, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth. You will act as an advocate for partners within Sprinto, ensuring their feedback is heard and incorporated into product development and GTM strategies. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be critical to the success of the partner program.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) landscape, particularly within the SMB sector, and be adept at navigating complex sales cycles. Experience with AI-native solutions and a passion for compliance automation will be highly advantageous. You will be expected to stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes within EMEA and India to inform your partner strategies and ensure Sprinto remains at the forefront of the industry.
