  • • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies in close collaboration with the partner sales team to align marketing initiatives with regional business goals and revenue targets.
  • • Create and manage multi-touch, integrated marketing plans that drive demand generation, support partner enablement, and reinforce SEON’s position as a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance.
  • • Own partner marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve quarterly marketing and sales targets across key territories.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business models, sales cycles, and market dynamics to tailor joint marketing programs effectively.
  • • Coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams to support and amplify local partner events, webinars, and customer-facing initiatives that drive joint pipeline and market awareness.
  • • Lead the development of regular partner business plans that align partner objectives with SEON’s strategic goals, ensuring mutual accountability and measurable outcomes.
  • • Design and implement account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value partner accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • • Utilize marketing automation and sales intelligence tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and iterate on programs to improve quality and outcomes.
  • • Serve as the primary liaison between partner marketing and internal teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure consistent messaging and seamless partner experience.
  • • Deliver comprehensive reporting on partner marketing performance, including metrics on lead volume, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • • Represent partner marketing across global SEON teams, advocating for partner needs and sharing best practices to standardize and scale successful initiatives across regions.
  • • Execute digital and in-region marketing programs with precision, ensuring alignment with SEON’s overall brand guidelines and campaign themes.
  • • Maintain a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, prioritizing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth and partner retention.
  • • Travel 20–30% to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support regional sales teams in key markets.
  • • Ensure all marketing activities comply with SEON’s data protection policies and global compliance standards.
  • • Continuously analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine strategies and introduce innovative approaches that enhance partner engagement and market reach.
