  • • As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager (B2B), you will be instrumental in shaping and executing Carwow's B2B marketing strategy, focusing on creating clear, compelling narratives that effectively engage partners and directly support the company's commercial growth objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass defining and leading the overall partner marketing strategy, ensuring it is tightly aligned with business unit priorities and ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing plan that spans multiple markets, requiring close collaboration with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns. A key aspect of your role will involve owning the multi-channel, full-funnel campaign planning and execution, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, public relations, webinars, in-product messaging, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
  • • You will also take the lead on go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and commercial initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment and clear communication across all relevant teams. Developing audience-first campaigns will be a critical function, informed by thorough market insights, performance data analysis, and a keen understanding of strategic growth opportunities. Furthermore, you will own and deliver industry-facing brand events designed to elevate Carwow's reputation and establish its thought leadership within the automotive sector. Your role will involve close partnership with commercial operations and CRM teams to drive upsell, cross-sell, nurture customer journeys, and accelerate pipeline development. Working collaboratively with analytics and commercial teams, you will be responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of all marketing campaigns, ensuring a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. Finally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop a Senior B2B Marketing Executive, fostering their growth and contributing to the team's overall success.
