- • As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst on a 13-month contract, you will drive operational excellence and insight across Solink’s partner ecosystem by analyzing performance, optimizing workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support scalable partner programs.
- • You will monitor and report on key partner KPIs such as ARR, activation, and retention; improve onboarding, enablement, and support workflows; own and optimize CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (MindMatrix) systems; align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing teams; and capture and relay partner feedback to inform internal roadmap decisions.
- • You will join Solink’s Revenue Operations and Partner Success team, reporting to Doug Sutter, VP of Channel Sales, in a remote-first Canadian role within a fast-growing SaaS company trusted by over 30,000 locations across 32+ countries, including major brands like McDonald’s and JYSK.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in partner operations, business intelligence, CRM administration, process automation, and cross-functional strategy while contributing to Solink’s mission of transforming video security into real-time operational insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role within a SaaS organization
- • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to derive actionable insights from data
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and familiarity with partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack
- • Advanced proficiency in Google Apps Script to build automations connecting Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
- • Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and improve output quality with specific, results-driven use cases
- • Strong process architecture skills including documenting workflows using Confluence, Lucidchart, or Notion and managing change during process improvements
