  • • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SavvyMoney’s add-on solutions for existing bank and credit union partners nationwide.
  • • Own the ongoing success and optimization of the product portfolio for add-on solutions, ensuring maximum adoption and value realization by financial institution partners.
  • • Serve as the primary internal and external subject matter expert (SME) for all add-on solutions, providing guidance and troubleshooting to partners and internal teams.
  • • Collaborate closely with partner managers to articulate and deliver the strategic value of SavvyMoney’s digital solutions to financial institution clients.
  • • Advise partners on best practices to enhance user engagement, improve onboarding experiences, and maximize the utility of integrated credit score and personal finance tools.
  • • Conduct market research and analyze partner feedback to identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for product enhancement, then communicate findings to product teams.
  • • Communicate product updates, feature enhancements, and implementation impacts directly to partners through presentations, reports, and tailored outreach.
  • • Coach and mentor junior Partner Solutions Specialists by sharing expertise, establishing best practices, and fostering team-wide excellence in partner support.
  • • Manage multiple implementation projects and partner initiatives concurrently with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • • Proactively anticipate partner needs and respond with timely, professional solutions to ensure exceptional partner and end-user experiences.
  • • Utilize data analysis and interpretation skills to evaluate solution performance, track adoption metrics, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • • Create and manage email campaign workflows using industry-standard tools to drive partner engagement and solution adoption.
  • • Leverage web analytics platforms such as Tableau to monitor user behavior and measure the impact of add-on solutions across digital banking platforms.
  • • Maintain proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage partner records, generate reports, and deliver presentations.
  • • Work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-starting initiative and accountability in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • • Embrace a collaborative mindset, contributing actively to team goals and culture while supporting cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • • Represent SavvyMoney as a trusted advisor to over 1,600 bank and credit union partners integrated across 43+ digital banking platforms.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in marketing or partnership management roles, preferably within financial services
  • • Proven track record of growing adoption of digital solutions for consumer deposits and loans
  • • Comprehensive knowledge of user onboarding processes and modern banking technology platforms
  • • Experience managing clients/partners and working with external agency resources
  • • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
  • • Bachelor’s degree required
