- • As a Senior Partner Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary project manager and advocate for financial institution partners, ensuring seamless implementation of SavvyMoney’s credit score and personal finance solutions while driving partner success and ROI.
- • Day to day, you will manage the partner support ticketing queue, coordinate implementation timelines with product and tech teams, assist with data entry and analysis in CRM systems, support marketing campaign execution, create sales collateral, and communicate progress internally and externally to ensure exceptional partner experiences.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partner lifecycle management, financial technology implementations, data-driven marketing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration between product, marketing, and technology teams, positioning you for growth in partner success or client-facing roles within high-growth fintech.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of related work experience
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Strong Excel skills
- • Excellent communication skills
- • SalesForce experience preferred
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage competing priorities
