� Description

• • Own the full partnership lifecycle for Hostinger’s Courses vertical in Mexico. You will identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier influencers, course creators, ed-tech platforms, universities, and training institutes who can amplify Hostinger’s brand and drive measurable revenue.
• • Build and maintain a data-driven pipeline of 100+ prospects per quarter. Use CRM tools, social listening, and market research to prioritize partners based on audience fit, engagement rates, and revenue potential, ensuring a healthy mix of macro-influencers, niche educators, and institutional players.
• • Negotiate win-win commercial terms—CPA, revenue-share, hybrid models, or sponsorship packages—while balancing margin targets and lifetime value. You’ll draft contracts, secure legal approval, and shepherd deals through finance and product teams to signature in under 30 days.
• • Design co-marketing campaigns that integrate Hostinger’s learning content with partner assets: joint webinars, TikTok challenges, YouTube series, podcast takeovers, and email drops. You’ll write briefs, set KPIs, allocate budgets, and manage creative production from storyboard to final cut.
• • Run always-on performance tracking across UTMs, pixels, and post-purchase surveys. Build Looker Studio dashboards that surface daily CAC, ROAS, and cohort LTV. Iterate creatives, landing pages, and incentive structures weekly to hit aggressive growth OKRs.
• • Deepen existing relationships through quarterly business reviews, exclusive beta access to new Hostinger features, and tailored revenue-boosting experiments. Turn one-off campaigns into long-term, multi-product partnerships that compound over time.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product to launch localized course bundles, with Brand to ensure visual consistency, and with Support to create seamless student onboarding. Your input will directly influence roadmap decisions and pricing strategy.
• • Report to the Head of Influencer Partnerships LATAM in concise, insight-packed slide decks. Forecast monthly revenue, flag risks early, and spotlight breakout partners whose playbooks can be scaled across Brazil, Argentina, and beyond.
• • Champion Hostinger’s culture of customer obsession by gathering partner feedback on course quality, feature gaps, and market trends. Translate these insights into actionable product tickets that improve learner outcomes and NPS.
• • Thrive in a remote-first, async environment. You’ll manage 15–20 concurrent projects, juggle Slack threads in English and Spanish, and still hit every deadline—because at Hostinger, freedom and responsibility go hand in hand.
