• • Binance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Payment Product Manager to spearhead our payment product strategy and execution within the dynamic Latin America (LATAM) region, with a primary focus on Mexico City. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of the LATAM payments landscape, including local payment methods, regulatory frameworks, consumer behaviors, and emerging fintech trends. As a Senior Payment Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of payments at Binance, driving innovation, and ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience for our rapidly growing user base across LATAM.
• • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment solutions in LATAM, from ideation and market research to development, launch, and ongoing optimization. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, legal, compliance, and regional business development, to deliver best-in-class payment products that meet the unique needs of the LATAM market. Your responsibilities will span various payment modalities, including but not limited to, fiat on-ramps and off-ramps, local bank transfers, credit/debit card processing, digital wallets, and potentially new, innovative payment methods.
• • A key aspect of this role is to conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the LATAM payments ecosystem. This includes understanding competitor offerings, identifying unmet user needs, and staying abreast of evolving regulatory requirements and technological advancements. You will translate these insights into a clear and compelling product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact, user value, and strategic alignment.
• • You will be responsible for defining detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This involves managing product backlogs, participating in agile development ceremonies, and making informed trade-off decisions to balance scope, quality, and timelines. Your ability to communicate complex technical and product concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial.
• • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in the go-to-market strategy for new payment products and features in LATAM. This includes defining target audiences, developing value propositions, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. You will also be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring product performance post-launch, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve the user experience and business outcomes.
