📋 Description
- • As a Senior Payroll Administrator at R1 RCM Inc., you will be a key member of the payroll team responsible for supporting accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for a large employee population of 10,000+ employees, ensuring payroll cycles run smoothly and data is audit-ready.
- • Day to day, you will process biweekly (hourly) and semi-monthly (salaried) payroll cycles, validate payroll inputs, troubleshoot exceptions, monitor timekeeping adherence, support Workday and ADP SmartCompliance integrations, resolve employee payroll inquiries via ServiceNow, analyze tax liabilities, ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for payroll processes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a closely related role
- • Strong Workday experience and ADP Smart Compliance supporting payroll operations
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting/filtering, pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to research issues and identify root causes
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all levels
