- • The Senior Payroll Analyst supports end-to-end payroll operations in partnership with management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across Medline businesses.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading payroll processing in Workday, conducting complex audits (retroactive pay, garnishments, taxes, multi-state discrepancies), analyzing and improving payroll processes, resolving errors, supporting off-cycle payments, and serving as a subject matter expert for UKG and Workday systems.
- • The role involves training and coaching team members, preparing audit documentation for Financial, Tax, and Benefits audits, producing payroll reports, and collaborating with the Director of Payroll on policy development and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4 years of experience processing multi-state payroll (or 6 years with high school diploma)
- • Advanced spreadsheet skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex functions
- • Strong working knowledge of payroll wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and ERP system functionality
