You will help foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • • Key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for employees in Germany, ensuring all statutory deductions, taxes, and social security contributions are correctly calculated and remitted; Maintaining precise and up-to-date employee payroll records within our HRIS and payroll systems; Verifying and reconciling employee data, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, leave, and other compensation elements, against source documentation; Assisting with the preparation and filing of payroll tax returns and other statutory reports required by German authorities; Acting as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing their payroll-related queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally; Ensuring strict compliance with all applicable German payroll laws, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR); Leading the implementation of new payroll processes, system enhancements, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of payroll data with other business functions; Contributing to the development and delivery of payroll training materials for HR and relevant teams; Proactively identifying and mitigating payroll risks and ensuring robust internal controls are in place.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing global company.
