📋 Description

• • As a Senior Payroll Partner at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant global payroll operations across all entities and markets, directly supporting the employee experience and enabling data-driven insights on people costs.
• • You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, lead process improvements and automation initiatives, support international expansion through entity setup and Employer of Record services, and provide expert guidance on payroll-related inquiries and complex calculations such as redundancies and equity compensation.
• • You will join the Global Payroll team within People & Talent, collaborating closely with Finance, Legal, and local People Operations to scale payroll capabilities in a high-growth, innovative environment backed by top-tier investors and serving global clients like Brex, Rippling, and SHEIN.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll systems, drive standardization and automation, develop knowledge-sharing resources, and grow your impact by shaping long-term payroll strategy and contributing to Airwallex’s mission of building the future of global finance.
