- • The Senior Payroll Specialist at Ryan, LLC plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, supporting both employee experience and organizational financial integrity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing payroll batch information (time clock, bonus, and compensation entries), validating employee master file data for correct tax jurisdiction setup, monitoring direct deposit and withholding changes, assisting in payroll balancing and exception report reviews, creating international payroll worksheets, analyzing quarterly tax vendor reports, and generating ad-hoc compensation reports as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Five years of related payroll experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment
- • Intermediate proficiency in Workday or similar payroll software
- • Intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Internet navigation/research
- • Preferred: CIPP certification or active pursuit of the qualification
