📋 Description

• • Partner directly with the HCM/Workday team to architect and troubleshoot file feeds, identifying and resolving root-cause data discrepancies before they impact payroll processing.
• • Oversee and certify the accuracy of global payroll runs, ensuring all regional tax, social security, and labor law changes are accurately implemented across multiple jurisdictions.
• • Act as the primary point of contact for the Treasury department to ensure funding accuracy and timely cross-border liability payments.
• • Maintain the integrity and certification of payroll control accounts across all regions, investigating and resolving financial discrepancies to ensure zero-finding accuracy.
• • Oversee the end-to-end funding process, including initiation of ACH payments and certification of payroll control accounts to guarantee financial precision.
• • Provide comprehensive support for financial year-end audits, fiscal year reporting, and general payroll reporting requirements.
• • Monitor, interpret, and implement complex international payroll legislation and tax compliance updates across multiple countries and regions.
• • Maintain a high degree of accuracy while managing strict payroll deadlines under high-volume conditions.
• • Handle highly sensitive and confidential employee payroll information with strict discretion and adherence to data privacy standards.
• • Lead complex payroll audits and contribute to strategic decisions that enhance global payroll scalability and system integrity.
• • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert to junior payroll staff, fostering team development and operational excellence.
• • Manage multiple priorities independently, leading cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• • Communicate effectively with employees and cross-departmental teams through clear written and interpersonal interactions to resolve payroll inquiries and coordinate process improvements.
• • Ensure alignment between Payroll, Finance, and HCM teams to maintain system architecture integrity and seamless data flow.
• • Support the implementation and optimization of global payroll platforms including ADP, TMF, and Workday to improve efficiency and compliance.
