- • As a Senior People Business Partner at Bupa, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing people strategies that drive transformation and growth within our dynamic Diagnostics and Secondary Care division. This high-impact role places you at the forefront of influencing senior leadership across multiple hospital and diagnostic sites, ensuring that our people practices align with our ambitious business objectives and our core purpose of helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives.
- • You will operate as a trusted senior advisor, leading significant people change initiatives and transformation projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex organizational structures and driving meaningful improvements that directly benefit our patients and staff.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve partnering closely with senior leaders, providing strategic counsel on workforce planning, talent management, succession, and capability development. This includes identifying future talent needs, developing robust succession plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement across the division.
- • You will play a pivotal role in supporting Bupa's growth agenda, including the integration of new services or acquisitions, and managing broader organizational change. This requires a proactive and adaptable approach, ensuring that people considerations are embedded into all stages of strategic planning and execution.
- • Leveraging data and insightful analytics will be central to your approach. You will be responsible for driving performance improvement by identifying trends, understanding key people metrics, and translating these insights into actionable strategies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall business performance.
- • Maintaining a strong, visible, and credible presence on-site is essential. You will be expected to engage directly with teams and leaders at our hospitals and diagnostic centres, building rapport, understanding on-the-ground challenges, and ensuring that people initiatives are effectively implemented and embraced.

- • You will thrive in an environment that embraces ambiguity, demands pace, and requires a high degree of accountability. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and deliver results under pressure will be key to your success.
- • While working independently and taking ownership of your areas of responsibility is important, you will also know when to collaborate, involve key stakeholders, provide timely updates to management, seek guidance, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
- • This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in a leading healthcare organization, contributing to a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and the well-being of its people. Your work will directly support Bupa's mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives.
