  • • As a Senior People Business Partner supporting Vanta’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, directly influencing talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes by embedding People initiatives into the core operations of high-impact technical teams.
  • • You will act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters across assigned EPD client groups, providing expert guidance on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development while driving data-informed decisions that enhance organizational health and effectiveness.
  • • You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and the broader People team to design, implement, and scale best-in-class programs and policies—including performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys—that attract, retain, and develop world-class talent aligned with Vanta’s mission to continuously prove and monitor trust.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • • Proven experience supporting Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organizations or similar technical teams
  • • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn and understand how technical client groups operate and drive value
  • • Excellent influencer, communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced, thoughtful approach to building trust across all levels
  • • Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with ability to drive execution of complex People programs
  • • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, communicate insights, and act resourcefully when data is limited
  • • Bias for action: track record of rolling up sleeves to get things done in ambiguous, dynamic situations
  • • Experience partnering on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus
  • • Openness to using AI responsibly to amplify impact, with curiosity and sound judgment in applying emerging tools
