- • As a Senior People Business Partner (PBP) at Vanta, you will be a pivotal force in shaping and scaling our People, Legal, and Finance organizations. This role is designed for an exceptional HR professional who thrives on being a strategic advisor, a proactive problem-solver, and a dedicated coach to senior leaders and managers. You will be deeply embedded within your client groups, acting as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters and ensuring that HR initiatives directly contribute to tangible business outcomes.
- • Your core responsibility will be to serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders across your designated client groups. This involves understanding their strategic objectives, anticipating their people-related needs, and providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR functions. You will foster a high-performance culture by partnering with leaders to implement strategies that enhance employee performance, boost engagement, and improve retention.
- • You will be the go-to resource for leaders and managers, offering comprehensive support and thought leadership in critical areas such as performance management, organizational design, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development. This requires a deep understanding of HR best practices coupled with a keen ability to tailor solutions to Vanta's unique business context.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging data to inform decisions and drive recommendations. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends, assess organizational health and effectiveness, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. This data-driven approach ensures that People Team initiatives are grounded in evidence and aligned with business goals.
- • You will also take ownership of the project management and execution of key People programs. This includes leading critical processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning cycles, talent reviews, and employee engagement surveys. Your ability to manage these complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery, will be crucial to your success.
- • The PBP team at Vanta is known for its unique, proactive, and business-minded approach. You will be expected to maintain and elevate this standard, demonstrating creativity, grit, and a bias for action in navigating dynamic and ambiguous situations.
